West Indies win toss bat against Pakistan in 1st T20I

KINGSTOWN, Saint Vincent: West Indies captain Darren Sammy won the toss and decided to bat first against Pakistan in the first of the two Twenty20 Internationals being played here at the Arnos Vale Ground on Saturday.
