Several suspects detained in N Karachi raids

KARACHI: Rangers personnel rounded up many suspects in raids conducted in various parts of North Karachi today as part of the ongoing crackdown against criminals in the provincial capital.

According to sources, Rangers and police carried out joint raids in North Karachi after the killings of two policemen including the Station House Officer (SHO) of Sir Syed Town.

The raids were conducted in two residential apartments near Anda Morr in which several suspects were taken into custody.
