Nisar says Chaudhry Aslam's attacker identified

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said the attacker responsible for the bombing in which SP CID Chaudhry Aslam and two others were killed has been identified.

According to the interior minister, federal intelligence agencies had ascertained the identity of the attacker and his family background.
Nisar added that all information pertaining to the attacker was being transferred to the Sindh Police and further action would be taken soon.

Chaudhry Aslam lauded for his bravery was killed in a bombing along with his driver and guard in Karachi on Thursday.

The responsibility of the bombing was claimed by the Pakistani Taliban.
