DUBAI: Famous pop singer and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Abrar ul Haq was stopped by the authorities at Dubai airport over an issue with his visa.





Haq told Geo News he was only stopped for a few minutes. “There was a single digit difference in my travel documents and visa. I was only stopped for 15-20 minutes.”

The singer added that he had left the airport and was at his hotel.

Abrar ul Haq further said he is a guest of the royal family and came to Dubai to attend a dinner reception and to perform in a show.

Earlier, Abrar ul Haq was detained upon his arrival at Dubai Airport.
