Pillion riding ban lifted in Karachi

KARACHI: The Sindh Home Department has lifted 3-day ban on pillion riding, Geo News reported Wednesday.

The ban was imposed as part of security arrangements for Youm-e-Ashura for 8, 9 and 10 Muharram.

Cellular services were also suspended in different cities of the country to avoid any untoward incident on Youm-e-Ashura.
