Faisalabad IUs remain shut for 28th day

FAISALABAD: The industrial units in Faisalabad remained shut for 28th consecutive day today as a result of suspension of gas supply, Geo News reported.

Sui Gas authorities had disconnected the gas supply to Textile and non-textile industries on December 22 for an indefinite period which could not be restored on 28th consecutive day.

According to industrialists halting of production process has until today caused a loss of billion rupees.
