ISLAMABAD: Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has forwarded a summary to the Ministry of Petroleum, proposing a cut in domestic prices of petroleum products from July 1 in the wake of decline in international crude rate.
It has been proposed to slash the petrol price by Rs5.02 per litre to Rs84.49; diesel by Rs2.48 to Rs97.21; kerosene oil by Rs2.54 to Rs86.25; HOBC by Rs6.44 to Rs106.88 and; the rate of light diesel be slashed by Rs2.86 per litre to Rs83.71.
The formal announcement about the new prices of POL for fifteen days will be made on June 30.
