6 killed, 9 hurt in Bajaur Agency blast

KHAR: Six persons were killed and nine others injured in a blast that occurred at Pusht Bazaar in Salarzai Tehsil of Bajaur Agency Thursday, Geo News reported.

According to reports, a blast hit the Pusht Bazaar area which is the headquarter of Salarzai Tehsil. One person was killed on the spot while five others succumbed to their injuries after reaching the hospital. Nine others also sustained injuries as a result of explosion.

Five shops were also destroyed due to impact. Security forces cordoned off the area while the locals kicked off rescue efforts.
