Nato armoured vehicle gutted on Hub River Road

KARACHI: A container housing a couple of armoured vehicles loaded on an Afghanistan-bound trailer mysteriously caught fire here on Hub River Road, Geo News reported.

According to sources fire brigade could save only one of the two armoured vehicles from gutting.

The cause as to what led to the eruption of fire remains elusive.

It is pertinent to mention that these armoured vehicles were part of the supplies for the US-led Nato forces deployed in Afghanistan.
