GUANGZHOU: Bangladesh women team Tuesday gave a target of 83 runs for Pakistan to win in the second semi-final of the ACC Women Twenty20 Asia Cup being played here, Geo News reported.

Pakistan winning the toss invited Bangladesh to bat, who scored 82 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Farzana Huque with 28 runs to her credit remained prominent.

From Pakistan side Nida Rashid and Bisma Maroof clichéd 2 wickets each.

Today’s winner will be facing India tomorrow in the final.

Earlier, the first semi-final scheduled between India and Sri Lanka was abandoned due to rain without any play, which sent India qualified for the final.
