Shikarpur: 4 killed in passenger van, truck clash

SHIKARPUR: A passenger van and a truck collided due to fogs overcast and poor visibility that killed four persons and wounded eighteen on the National Highway on Saturday morning here, Geo News reported.

Police said that the incident occurred near Lakhi Ghulam Shah on the National Highway, when a passenger van and a truck bumped into each other due to fogs and poor visibility, which resulted in the death of 4 persons and injured 18.

The bodies and the injured persons were shifted to Lakhi ghulam Shah Hospital.

Passengers in the van comprised of those who after attending Hyderabad public rally was on their way to Thul in district Jacobabad.
