Exchange of fire between two groups in Kharadar

KARACHI: Panic gripped the Kharadar area of Karachi today as exchange of heavy firing was witnessed between two groups in the area, Geo News reported.

The exchange of fire took place when one group tried to enter the area.

The firing continued for over two hours as a result of which a man identified as Muhammad Ashraf was injured and the panicked residents of the area had to stay inside their homes to remain safe.

The situation came under control after the rangers and police rushed to the area.
