LAHORE: The founding father of Pakistan’s nuclear program Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan said on Saturday that the people would regret their decision if they didn’t use their ballot in favour of “right candidates”.

Speaking at a seminar, Khan said that there was no shortage of talent in Pakistan instead the country lacked leadership who could exploit this talent.

The famous nuclear scientist said that political parties had been unable to deliver. Khan added that he had fulfilled his promise with the nation by making the country’s defence invincible.” Now nobody can cast an evil eye on Pakistan,” he said.

Qadeer Khan, who also heads his own political party, said he wanted to work with all the patriotic political parties of the country.
