Police failing to arrest accused seize cattle

OBARO: Police failing in a raid to arrest the kidnappers took into custody the cattle they found in the house, Geo News reported on Sunday.

Police said that a raid was conducted for the recovery of a kidnapped person at the residences of the accused at Chanali Chachar, Goth Naseer Dhond and Goth Bahar, but on failing to find the accused they seized the sheep and goats from the houses and holding them at police post Kamun Shaheed.

Sources said that the cattle instead of being shifted to the malkhana, police allegedly selling them.
