QUETTA: The Hazara Community continues their protest alongside coffins of the victims of the Kirani road blast for the third consecutive day on Alamdar road in the provincial capital.
At least 89 people including women and children belonging to the Hazara community were killed in a bomb blast at a vegetable market located in Hazara Town on Saturday.
Participants of the sit-in which include a large number of women are protesting against the bombing and have refused to bury the bodies of their loved ones.
Seventy-three victims including 16 women have been identified while the remains of seven deceased are yet to be identified. Families claim that after the bombing, 24 people remain missing. The Hazara community is demanding that they be provided security and the army should be called in Quetta.
