Nawaz for positive response to Taliban peace talks

ISLAMABAD: PML-N President Nawaz Sharif has reiterated that the government should give a positive response to the Taliban’s offer for peace talks, Geo News reported.

Addressing the All Parties Conference, organized on the call of JUI-F, here Thursday, Nawaz appreciated the sacrifices of tribal elders, they had rendered for the country.

PML-N chief said dialogue, not war brings peace in the world, adding that the government should take the Taliban's offer for talks seriously.
