Stage has been set up near the Motorway Chowk in the capital where 30,000 chairs have been placed.
PTI workers and local police will assume security duties at the Jalsa while special arrangements have been made for media coverage. Huge containers have been placed to set up stage where the party leadership and media persons will sit.
