LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has expressed no-confidence in Election Commission of Pakistan, terming the delimitation of constituencies in Karachi as a conspiracy to divide the party’s vote bank.
Addressing a meeting of coordination committee of the party, Altaf Hussain said the ‘unconstitutional decision’ was taken just few days before the general elections.
He further said that people reserved a basic and constitutional right to register their protest against the ‘illegal and unconstitutional act.’
