Chaudhry Nisar nomination papers for NA-53 rejected

ISLAMABAD: The nomination papers of Pakistan Muslims League-Nawaz stalwart and the former opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan have been rejected for NA-53, Geo News reported.

His candidacy was rejected during the scrutiny process for not declaring accurate details about his assets.

Objections were submitted with the returning officer that the PML-N leader had not declared accurate details of his assets.

Chaudhry Nisar had filed nomination forms for the National Assembly constituency NA-53 Taxila.
