KARACHI: A District Returning Officer in Karachi has demanded deployment of armed forces at all the polling stations in district south.

The DRO wrote a letter to Deputy Commissioner, demanding deployment of paramilitary Rangers and personnel of the Pakistan army at the polling stations to ensure peace and holding of free and fair election.

He said that several complaints had been lodged regarding law and order situation in the district.
