Power shortfall crosses 6000MW

ISLAMABAD: Unannounced loadshedding has soared across the country as gap between demand and supply has widened, Geo News reported.

The power generation stood at 12000MW, while the demand in scorching weather has increased to 18000MW, raising the power shortfall to more than 6000MW.

Power outages has crippled the life of masses as unannounced loadshedding has soared.
