ISLAMABAD: Rejecting the plea of French company, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday declared the contract of passport lamination papers fair, Geo News reported.
IHC judge Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi after the hearing of the plea issued the verdict.
The French company had challenged the decision to give contract of passport lamination papers to an American firm, stating that the security features had not been included in accordance with the tender.
Earlier, Justice Qureshi had reserved the decision after hearing arguments of US company's representative on security features.
