Eight dead as vehicle plunges into drain in Swabi

PESHAWAR: Eight women and a child were killed when a vehicle plunged into a drain in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Geo News reported on Sunday.

Sources said that the ill-fated vehicle fell into the drain in Ghulama area of the district. A woman and another child were injured in the accident.

The dead and injured were taken to a hospital for medico-legal formalities and treatment.
