Judicial Commission approves elevation of Justice Mushir Alam as SC judge

ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission (JC) on Judges Appointment has approved elevation of Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Mushir Alam as the Supreme Court judge, Geo News reported.

The Judicial Commission met under the chair of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Monday.

The JC also approved the name of Justice Maqbool Baqar as Chief Justice Sindh High Court.
