Police arrest two target killers, one extortionist of MQM: DIG CIA

KARACHI: Police claimed to have arrested three accused including two target killers and an extortionist from different areas of Karachi, Geo News reported.

Addressing a press conference, DIG CIA Sultan Khawaja said the arrested target killers and extortionist belong to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). They have been identified as Kashif Nafees and Kamran Langra, he said.

The police officer said the accused were involved in the killing of workers of People’s Party, Awami National Party (ANP) and others.

DIG CIA said the arrested extortionist used to send extortion slips to doctors and traders through courier, adding two aides of the accused were still at large.
