Weapon recovered from US soldier at Benazir Int'l Airport

RAWALPINDI: Police have recovered a pistol and some bullets from the possession of a US solider at the Islamabad’s Benazir International Airport. Geo News reported.

According to the police, the US soldier was about to fly through a foreign airline when the weapon was recovered from his possession.

The police said that they were investigating whether the weapon, which was recovered from his luggage, was legal.

Identity of the US citizen was yet to be known.
