Army chief cannot be a traitor: Pervaiz Elahi

LAHORE: PML-Q leader, Chaurdhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the PML-N which was calling a former army chief a traitor had forgotten that their ministers had taken oath from him out of greed.

Speaking with the media in Lahore, Elahi said the army chief could not be a traitor. Pervaiz Elahi added that Musharraf held two elections in which all political parties had participated.

According to the PML-Q leader, he did not see local bodies (LB) elections taking place and delimitations were a fraud. “The court made the right decision,” Elahi said.
