ISLAMABAD: At least 53 suspects were booked in a joint search operation launched by Rawalpindi and Islamabad police in the wee hours of Sunday, Geo News reported.
Details have it that a 400-strong contingent of twin-cities' cops bolstered by 50 elite police commandos launched a search operation in New Shakrial and Sohan areas of the federal capital.
Superintendent of Police (SP) City, Mustansar Feroze is spearheading the crackdown against the criminal elements infesting the areas.
