PESHAWAR: Spokesman of the Awami National Party (ANP), Senator Zahid Khan Sunday held Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak responsible for the killing of ANP leader Mian Mushtaq.
In a statement here, Zahid Khan said as the Taliban had claimed responsibility for ANP leader Mian Mushtaq’s killing as well as the attack on PML-N leader Amir Muqam, therefore, PTI Chairman Imran Khan should lodge an FIR against the Taliban instead of unknown men.
The ANP spokesman regretted that terrorists have completely hijacked the provincial capital Peshawar while the government still appears unwilling to take any effective measures to tackle the situation.
