US wants to further strengthen ties with Pakistani people: Olson

FAISALABAD: US Ambassador Richard Olson has said that US wanted to make relations with Pakistani people further strong, Geo News reported.

This he said while talking to media on the occasion of inaugural ceremony of Lincoln corner, named after former US president Abraham Lincoln at G.C University Faisalabad on Tuesday.

The US envoy termed security ‘internal matter’ of Pakistan and said that Pakistan has to take decisions regarding this issue in the country by itself.

Olson said Pakistan and US could work together in the fields of education, business besides ensuring food security in Punjab.
