ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday was presented Pervez Musharraf’s medical report, following which the court granted the retired General exemption from appearing before the bench.

Former president Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui appeared on behalf of his client and presented the medical report to the ATC Judge Atiqur Rahman.

The judge on the basis of the medical report granted Pervez Musharraf exemption from appearance in court for today.

It may be recalled that during the previous hearing Pervez Musharraf and his guarantors were also ordered to appear in the court today.

Both the guarantors in compliance with the order were present in the court, according to prosecutor Amir Nadeem Tabish.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing until February 10.
