KARACHI: At least nine people have been killed in Karachi since last night, Geo News reported.

Four dead bodies were found from Surjani Town area early Tuesday morning.

According to police, the bodies were recovered from Zero Point in Surjani Town today morning. The victims were kidnapped and later shot dead, police added.

Rescue sources told that the deceased were identified as Samiullah, Hafeezullah and Muhammad Faisal while the identity of the fourth victim could not be ascertained.

Three other people were killed in Mauripur, Orangi town Iqbal Market and Orangi town sector 11.

In separate incidents, two people were injured in firing by unidentified armed men in Mehran town and Bhittai Abad area of Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
