LAHORE: Federal Minister for Planning, Devolpment and Reforms Ahsan Iqbal has asked Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan not to indulge in long-marches and protest rallies, which he said, are tantamount to disrupt the country's economic revival and discourage the foreign investors.

Addressing a function in Lahore, Ahsan Iqbal said political stability and continued policies are guarantee of economic uplift.

He said resolving all problems in peaceful manner would turn Pakistan into a strong economy of South Asia.

The minister said the government is taking concrete steps, while assessing the present day strategy to grow and excel in the world on all fronts.

Ahsan said that engineers could bring a revolution in a country and urged them to utililize their minds and energies on development of Pakistan.
