5 killed, 3 injured in Bannu armed clash

BANNU: Five persons including father and son were killed and three sustained injuries in a clash between the armed groups over minor issue on Sunday morning here, Geo News reported.

Police said that the incident occurred at Sorangi in district Bannu as the two groups exchanged fire over the issue of a passage between the fields, when wheat was being cultivated. This unfortunate incident left five killed including father and son and three sustained injuries.

Police reaching the scene of incident have started investigations.
