BB’s 61st birth anniversary being celebrated today

GARHI KHUDA BUX: The 61st birth anniversary of Shaheed Chairperson Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto is being celebrated today, Geo News reported.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has drawn out an elaborate program to celebrate the birth anniversary here. The first phase of the ceremonies will begin with Quran Khawani and laying wreaths of the shrine.

Later, the PPP leaders and workers in accordance with their tradition will donate blood for the injured Pakistan Army soldiers presently busy in fighting the menace of terrorism in North Waziristan Agency and other needy patients.

The second phase of the ceremony will be held at Larkana Arts Council at 6.00 P.M. in the evening for birthday cake cutting. Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah is also expected to attend the cake cutting ceremony, while local artists will also perform on this occasion.
