Obaro hit by power outage for last 40 hours

OBARO: The repair work of the power pylons damaged due to strong winds still underway, while the citizens here continue suffering the power outage for last 40 hour, Geo News reported.

Sources said the two poles of high transmission line of 132 KV had fallen in the stormy rain in Dharki and Obao on Friday at 7.00 P.M. severing electricity in Obaro and surrounding areas causing much inconvenience to the people.

SEPCO sources said that the repair work was underway and presently it was not possible to say when the electricity supply would be restored.
