LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice, Khawaja Imtiaz Ahmad Friday constituted a three-member full bench to hear petitions praying for restraining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from staging the 'Azadi March' on August 14.

The three-member full bench will be headed by Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan and comprises Justice Shahid Hameed Dar and Justice Anwarul Huque.

Earlier, Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan had made a request to LHC Chief Justice for constituting a larger bench to the hear the petitions praying to halt PTI’s August 14 Azadi March as some fundamental legal and constitutional points have been raised therein.
