23 killed in explosion near Wagah border

LAHORE: At least 23 people were killed and several others including paramilitary soldiers injured in an explosion near Wagah border on Sunday.

Inspector General Pujnab police have confirmed that 23 people have been killed in the explosion.

Nature of the blast was yet to be confirmed. However, official sources say it was a suicide attack carried out by a youth who blew himself up outside a hotel.
