KARACHI: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has postponed its rally which was to be taken out in Karachi as part of party’s election campaign for National Assembly constituency NA-246 on Saturday (today).

The MQM was to take out the rally from Aysha Manzil. A spokesman for the party says candidates of other parties will also lead rallies as part of their election campaign in the city, and the MQM has decided to postpone its rally under Altaf Hussain’s “peace and love policy”.

The National Assembly seat fell vacant after Nabil Gabol tendered his resignation and quit the MQM.
