BIRMINGHAM: Pakistani legspinner Shadab Khan has expressed his desire to be named man of the match in the Champions Trophy game against India on June 4.

Speaking to the journalists on Thursday, Khan said that if he gets a chance in the playing eleven he would give his 100 percent to play a role in wining against India and become man of the match.

“If I get a chance I will try to give my 100 percent to play a role in Pakistan`s win against India and become a man of the match,” he said.

The young spinner debunked the perception that the Pakistani side is not strong enough against Kohli-led India.

“There is no pressure on us. We have won against West Indies in all three formats. Our morale is high,” he stated. “On TV I used to think that Pakistan-India is a high-pressure game but here I am not feeling anything such.”
