In NA-130 (Lahore-14), an interesting contest is expected between PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and PTI leader Yasmeen Rashid. Candidates belonging to almost all political parties are vying for NA-130, previously known as NA-125, where PML-N’s Waheed Alam emerged victorious with 122,327 votes in 2018 general elections. This time around, Rashid is contesting elections as independent candidate as her party lost its iconic bat electoral symbol.
