Pakistan’s current political landscape will witness a crucial episode as the country prepares to conduct its 10th general elections on February 8 with eligible voters set to fulfil their responsibility to vote while exercising their constitutional right. In the NA-265 Pishin constituency, political stalwart and JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman is competing against 22 candidates including 10 independent opponents for a National Assembly seat. All major political parties including PP, PML-N, BAP, ANP, PNAP, MJAH-P, MIT, MOTP RJUI, JUI-NP, JIP and PRP have all fielded their candidates in the constituency.
