Five terrorists killed in Mastung shootout

QUETTA: At least five terrorists were killed in exchange of fire with the Frontier Corps (FC) in Mastung early on Saturday morning.

According to FC sources, the operation was carried out on intelligence regarding the presence of militants belonging to a banned outfit in Kali on the outskirts of Mastung.

After an hours long gunfight with terrorists, the FC managed to kill five of them.

The commander of the banned outfit was among those killed in the gunfight.

The security forces also seized a large quantity of arms and ammunition from the terrorists.
