Hrithik on small screen as host of dance show

NEW DELHI: Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is all set to sizzle the small screen by hosting a dance reality show on Indian television.

It is learnt that a television channel is in talks with the actor to host a dance reality show, which will be aired from Jnaury 2011. The channel is paying Hrithik Rs.2 crore per episode.

Right from his debut Hrithik Roshan has captured the attention by his wonderful dance, and can be said safely that he is one of the best dancer among the current Bollywood actors.

The amount, which Hrithik will get is much more than any other Bollywood celebrity host on the television.

But the timing of the dance reality show named 'So you think you can dance' will clash with two biggest cricket tournmnet. At the same time we will have ICC world cup 2011 followed by the famous Indina Premier league (IPL) 4.

Media buyers feel that it would be difficult for the channel to ger good advertisement and sponsors during time when two high profile cricket series will be on telecast.

The amount is more than what Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and other Bollywood celebrities get for hosting a TV show.
