Pakistani high commissioner stopped from entering ceremony in India

NEW DELHI: Pakistani High Commissioner in India Abdul Basit on Wednesday was not granted access to an event held under the United Nations in Nagpur, India.
According to Pakistani officials, the high commissioner was initially given an invitation to the function and then it was withdrawn.
This is the fourth time the Pakistani high commissioner’s invitation has been annulled, said Pakistani officials.
