After paying visit to Edhi she wrote on Twitter, “Abdul Sattar Edhi has done so much for our country the least we can do is ensure he has the best possible healthcare in Pakistan.”
A couple of day back former president Asif Ali Zardari also offered Abdul Sattar Edhi to be flown abroad for medical treatment.
PPP Senator Rehman Malik paid a visit to the Edhi Foundation chairman at a hospital in Karachi, where he was on dialysis, on Thursday with Zardari’s proposal.
Edhi, however, declined the offer, indicating that he preferred to receive treatment in Pakistan.
