SC dissatisfied over Nab report
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) expressed dissatisfaction over a National Accountability Bureau-submitted report on implementation of court verdict on National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), Geo News reported Wednesday.

Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday said in his remarks the Nab Chairman was got to write that which is not in the Law.

It should be mentioned here that the Nab submitted yesterday its report on implementation of the SC ruling on RNO.

The Nab said in this report the whereabouts of money of Swiss accounts could not ascertained.

‘We do not know about the money.’

At least 150 cases have been re-opened after the NRO was annulled on December 16, 2009. Malik Qayyum resorted to correspondence to cause an end to only Swiss cases.

The Nab has no record regarding the cases abolished in other countries. Only the office of Attorney General could provide any information in this connection.

The matter relating action against Malik Qayyum has been sent to the concerned authorities.
