Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput were recently blessed with a baby. The couple received plenty of heartwarming messages and wishes not just from fans but from the Bollywood fraternity as well. However, there was one message for the couple that got everyone’s attention. This message was sent by none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan.

So what is so surprising about this message? Nothing really, that is if you do not know the history behind these two celebs. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor were once one of the hottest B-Town couple. The two dated for many years and were reportedly much in love. However, like most affairs in this glamour world, this one too fizzled out and the two parted. Their equation got so bad that they refused to work together and even refused to dub for their movie ‘Jab We Met’ (which was released shortly after their breakup) together!

So imagine everyone’s surprise (and pleasure) when the duo decided to put aside their differences and come together for their new film ‘Udta Punjab’ which received critical acclaim.

Are you all caught up? Well, coming back to the present, when Kareena heard about the new baby, she immediately sent a message to the couple congratulating them for this new phase in their life.
