MULTAN: Officials of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Friday apprehended four 'terrorists', including two women, in Multan and seized explosives from them, according to sources.

A case has been lodged against the suspected terrorists at the CTD police station and they are being interrogated.
The arrests come within a day since a suicide bomber detonated himself at a Mardan courthouse, after attacking with a grenade, killing at least 13 people and wounding 35 others.
Earlier to that, security forces valiantly thwarted an attack on a Christian colony in Peshawar that saw four terrorists blowing themselves up after being surrounded by forces personnel.
A Levies man and a civilian were also killed in the attack that took place in wee hours of Friday.
