Muslims in Middle East, US, Europe celebrate Eid today

Muslims in the Middle East, USA and Europe are celebrating Eid-ul-Azha today with religious fervour.

A large number of Muslims attended the Eid prayers that were held in mosques Masjid-ul-haram and Masjid-e-Nabvi in the holy cities of Mekkah and Medina.  In the Eid Khutba prayers were held for unity of the Muslim Ummah and peace around the world.

While some Muslim organizations in the United Kingdom are celebrating Eid today (Monday) with Saudi Arabia others will be celebrating the festival with Pakistan on Tuesday.

Muslims living in the United States are also busy celebrating Eid today with their friends and family.

Preparations and events are also in full swing for the Eid holidays in Dubai, where exhibitions are being held which include designers Manish Malhotra, J.J. Valaya and Rohit Bal showcasing their collections.
